We are delighted to annouce our next project...

Thanks for submitting!

Stage Door Entertainment, are producing  ‘Calendar Girls - The Musical’ at the Gaiety Theatre in May 2025 but, for them, this one is very close to home.

Based on 2003 film, it follows the true story of a group of ordinary women in a small Yorkshire Women’s Institute who, following the death of a much loved husband, set about creating a nude calendar to raise money for charity. The show is as hilarious as it is heartbreaking, with music by the incomparable Gary Barlow!

So, why this specific musical?  In October 2022, Krissy’s (Stage Door co director) husband was diagnosed with prostate cancer. So, although he is responding well to treatment currently, this show is very much a passion project for us.  Because of this, they have decided to donate ALL proceeds to The BIG Manx Community Charity, who will give it directly to those affected by cancer, whether they are living with the disease or nearing the end of life.
